With our in-house pre-press department, plate making, ink mixing and finishing department, we can quickly react to changes or issues during the printing life cycle and deliver a higher quality product at a reasonable price.

DIGITAL PRINTING

Our digital printing is produced on one of the first Hewlett Packard Indigo WS6800 presses fielded in the Southeast. Genflex began producing Digital products in 2007, and this is the third generation of machines we’ve deployed. Our demonstrated investment in the latest technology to continually produce the highest quality and greatest level of customization for your products is our value to you. Modifying product offerings for fund raisers, seasonal promotions, or product launches can be done without excessive art and plate charges, providing quicker turnaround and reduced waste. Additionally, the HP Indigo 6800 provides the highest quality registration and color management available. With up to seven process color stations, the HP Indigo presses can also create 90% of the PANTONE color range without compromising production. Our digital printing offers unmatched quality, flexibility, and cost effectiveness.

FLEXOGRAPHIC PRINTING

Our Flexographic printing employs Mark Andy’s Performance Series press among many other presses. The Performance Series presses are the latest technology available, promoting quick plate and ink changeovers, servo web management, and incredible speeds producing impeccable quality and maximizing productivity and efficiency. Flexographic quality has evolved to provide high-quality print options for all of your packaging needs. With our many press options available we can print prime retail labels or wraps; flexible packaging bags, pouches, or sleeves; blanks, tags, or inserts, complete with security, variable or sequential numbering; or registration brands like Underwriters Laboratories. So whether you need your product on rolls, fan folded, or on sheeted stacks; custom matched colors, special end use varnishes, or laminates; or any other variety of materials or configuration, give us a call.
