Our drive to create innovative solutions for our customers comes from our people – from the Managers, Production, Accounting, Purchasing, Logistics and Customer Service staff we are ALL working to ensure our customers’ expectations are met. Kevin Florence, President & CEO

As President and CEO of GPG and Genflex, Kevin is responsible for the company’s financial performance, overall operations and corporate strategy. Additionally, Kevin serves as the Chairman of the Advisory Board for AFFLINK, a global leader in supply chain management, and GPG is a member. Kevin holds a Bachelors of Business Administration in Finance from Mercer University. Kevin and his brother are third generation family owners of the business.

Jeffrey Florence, Executive Vice President

As the Executive Vice President of GPG and Genflex, Jeff manages the key relationships with many of the company’s largest clients. Jeff began his career in 1980 as a Field Sales Associate and ascended to the position of Executive Vice President as he and his brother completed the acquisition of the company in 1999.

David Shivers, Vice President/General Manager

Since joining the company in 1998, David has served as Vice President and General Manager of GPG , overseeing the company’s Administrative, Accounting, Banking, IT Systems, Networks, Human Resources, Safety, Facility and Property Management Functions.
David holds a Bachelors of Business Administration in Business Management from Samford University, Birmingham, AL

Shawn Hendrix, Production Manager Genflex Labeling Solutions

Shawn is the Production Manager of Genflex. He has nearly 20 years of flexo printing experience, most recently as general manager at WS Packaging Group. He earned a bachelor degree in science and printing technology from Georgia Southern University.

Rich Cheney, Operations Manager Genflex Labeling Solutions

Richard joined Genflex in 1996. Over the years he has served in various positions including Purchasing Manager, Warehouse Manager, and Inventory Control Manager. Richard became the Plant Manager in March of 2011, responsible for management of the company’s labeling/converting division. Richard recently took on the position of Director of Purchasing and Logistics Management.

Barbara Geiger, Controller

As Controller of GPG, Barbara is responsible for the daily corporate procedures involving billing, payables, operational costing and the accuracy of the financial reporting. Barbara joined the company in 1997 having served in accounting and management roles with Harwick Chemical Corporation and Freshens Premium Yogurt. Her experience in numerous operations, her commitment, and attention to detail make her a valuable asset to our organization. Barbara studied accounting at the University of Akron.
